MIT offers both unique and conventional meeting spaces that can accommodate gatherings from 2 to 1,100. Many rooms have state of the art audiovisual equipment, and high-speed internet service is accessible throughout the campus. Conference rooms are available for year-round booking. Lecture halls and classrooms may be booked during summer months, on weekends and holidays, and during evening hours.

On-campus housing is open to conference attendees from mid-June through early August. Most residence halls are located along the Charles River and are within easy walking distance to meeting spaces, athletic facilities, and public transportation.
